CANCELLATION POLICY: Orders may be cancelled at any point between making an order and it's delivery. If you have already received your order you can cancel within 7 days as long as the goods are returned in their original condition. The delivery charge will not be refunded and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please email us before you plan to return with the details of the order and reason for wanting a refund. You must return the product to us immediately in the same condition you received it (at your own cost and risk). We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 28 days of the day you gave notice of your cancellation.

• Please ensure you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt.
• Products must be sent back with the original correct product packaging bag, otherwise they will not be accepted.
• We will send an e-mail to you once the return has been processed.
• Your refund will be credited back to the same paypal account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• If you have any problems please keep your invoice email with your order details for your reference and quote your order details on all correspondence.
• In the unlikely event of a fraudulent transaction, a refund will be made once an investigation has been carried out.

EXCHANGE: If you have been sent the wrong size we can exchange for the correct order. Just get in touch and we can have the correct order sent out to you.
