ORDERING INFORMATION

  • How can I order a t-shirt?

  • How can I tell if my order went through?
    You will receive an order confirmation with the details of your order as soon as you click 'Place my Order'. It should turn up in your inbox, but you may need to check your spam folder also. If you haven’t received an email after making an order get in touch and we’ll confirm with you.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    If we haven't shipped your order, you can get in touch with us to cancel.
  • Can I order items currently out of stock?
    If an item you want is not available, you can still order it and we'll let you know when it is available again. You only have to make a payment when it's in stock.
  • Do you offer gift-wrapping?
    Every order on our website is custom packaged and comes with some free goodies too. Perfect to give as a gift!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    As long as you order is in stock, we will ship it out within two days. Delivery is 1st class via Royal Mail and should reach you within 2 days.
  • What are your shipping costs?
    We have standard shipping costs for the following locations:
    • UK - £2
    • Europe - £5
    • US - £10
    If you are outside these locations, contact us to find out what the cost of shipping is to your location.
  • Where do you delivery?
    We can ship (almost) anywhere. If you're in a far out corner of the world, please get in contact for delivery rates to your area.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS INFORMATION

  • Do you have returns policy?
    If you are unhappy with a product please let us know within 14 days and we will arrange for a product return or exchange. You may return item(s) to us within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, MINUS the original shipping charge. The following exceptions apply:
    • We will not accept items under any of the following conditions:
    • Item(s) show any obvious signs of wear or damage.
    • Any item that has been put through the wash.
    • Your statutory rights are not affected.

      Every so often we will put on a code that you can use to get a discount or free shipping on your order. You'll have to watch out for them though. We suggest you keep and eye out on our facebook page or twitter page If you order something from our shop, enter the code on the order form. Easy!
    • Can I use more than one code at a time?
      No, but no harm in asking!
