Our Story
We came up with the idea of getting into the t-shirt creating business in 2008 when a group of us sat down and started throwing around idea of what we could put on people's chests. We wanted to get a message though and a lot of our idea seemed to come in themes, so the logical thing was to run with that and create t-shirts with themes and stories.
It took some time to get the idea up and running and it wasn't until late (late) 2009 when we got the site up and running. Since then we've bee looking to spread our message through new designs and collaborations with designers, t-shirt companies and those in the music industry. Stay tuned for more on that soon.
Stories and Themes
Our t-shirts are all about representing a theme and telling a story. We don't do one offs at mayamada, all our t-shirts fit together somehow. A quick look at our tees and you'll find that no tee is left behind!We're influenced by pop culture and our own quirky sense of humor. Sprinkle a little Japanese flavour and you've got us down to a 'T' (no pun intended) Our ideas either fall in the funny or stylish category so we know you'll find something that fits you. Collaborations
Being the type of guys we are, we love collaborating with other people and that's where the third parts of or brand comes from. We truly feel that the best results come when good people get together to work on something. Even the greatest names had help getting to where they were and that's why we're always looking to work with others to create new themes for t-shirts, or collaborate in another way.
